Craig Van Hoy’s GoTrek & Expeditions reserves the right to decline an individual from participating in any program, whom we believe is not physically, technically or emotionally prepared.

Domestic Trips: A full trip value deposit is required. Once your deposit has been received and you have been accepted on a trip your payment is non-refundable.

International Trips: A $500 deposit is required. Final payment MUST be received 60 days before trip departure date, otherwise you will risk loss of trip deposit and forfeit your reserved spot on the trip! Save $100 of the trip fee if full payment is received 150 days, or more, before trip departure date. Once your deposit has been received and you have been accepted on a trip your payment is non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to adhere to the payment schedule. Late payments may result in your forfeiture of all fees paid, and your place on the trip. Your returned check serves as your receipt of payment. All fees paid prior to departure are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Craig Van Hoy’s GoTrek & Expeditions reserve the right to cancel a trip for any reason prior to departure. In this event you will be given back your full land cost minus any fees that may not be refunded to us by other agencies.

In the event of a trip cancellation Craig Van Hoy’s GoTrek & Expeditions is not responsible for expenses incurred by the individual including but not limited to; Airfares, visa fees, medical fees and the cost of equipment.
