Everest Trek: Dates & Rates

Land cost: $4,395.00 includes domestic flight

Includes: Trek permits, climbing permits, national park fee, hotels in Kathmandu, all meals on the trek, leadership, Sherpa guides and porters, tents, sleeping pads, community cooking gear, services of cooks and commissary crew, baggage transport, flights within Nepal, and airport transfers. Prices are based on per person/double occupancy room or sharing a two-person tent.

Does not include: Air transportation to Nepal, meals in Kathmandu, visas, tips to camp staff, guides, airport taxes, cost of obtaining a passport, medical immunizations, insurance or items of a personal nature.

Tier Pricing: While we make every effort to fill each trip to the point of maximum economy for everyone and do everything possible to avoid canceling trips with low sign-up, we tier-price some of our journeys in order to guarantee departure with a smaller number of passengers.

We initially invoice for the highest tier price (smallest group size). When the final group size is determined 30 days before the departure we will issue a refund if a larger group size occurs. All pricing is based on the number of full-revenue tour members. Not included are guests or staff.

Share Basis for Single Travelers: If you are traveling alone and wish to share hotel accommodations, we will assign you a roommate if one is available. If there is no one with whom you can share or if you request single accommodations, you must pay the single Supplement Cost of $260.

Single Supplement Requests: We can only accept single accommodation requests for two people per trip on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you want single accommodations, please inform us as soon as possible.
